1. Using HandyMap
HandyMap connects neighbors who need tasks done with helpers willing to do them. By using the platform you agree to act honestly, lawfully, and respectfully. You must be at least 18 years old to post or accept tasks.
2. Task postings & escrow
Posters describe tasks accurately and fund paid tasks through the platform. Funds are held in escrow and released to the helper only when the task is completed and approved. Fraudulent postings or misuse of escrow may result in account suspension.
3. Helper responsibilities
Helpers operate as independent contractors, not employees of HandyMap. You are responsible for your own conduct, the quality of your work, and compliance with all applicable local laws.
4. Prohibited tasks
Illegal, hazardous, or exploitative tasks are not allowed. HandyMap reserves the right to remove any posting or user account at its discretion.
5. Disputes
Disputes are handled through our in-app resolution flow. Funds held in escrow may be refunded to the poster or released to the helper based on the outcome of the review.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HandyMap after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
