1. What we collect
Your account email, name, and the language you choose. When you post or accept a task, we store the task details, any voice audio you upload, and approximate location — but your exact address is masked to a 100-meter radius until a runner is accepted.
2. How we use it
To match neighbors with nearby helpers, to transcribe your voice into task text, to hold funds in escrow, and to resolve disputes. We never sell your personal data.
3. Payments & escrow
Paid tasks are processed by licensed local payment processors. HandyMap holds the funds in escrow and releases them only on completion. We store transaction status, not your full card details.
4. Audio & transcription
Voice recordings are sent to our transcription provider to produce text and are not used to train models or for advertising.
5. Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time from your dashboard. Deleting your account removes your personal data; task records required for legal/financial accountability are retained as required by law.
